Da Bob Cook Fish is a restaurant in the heart of Sorrento, opened on 27 October 2022, with 60 seats and a menu focused on fish, seafood and seasonal ingredients. The venue is led by Angelo Celentano, Franco Apreda and Eugenio Gargiulo, while executive chef Francesco Sardegna heads the kitchen. Daily catch is supplied through a partnership with the fishmonger Ge.Ro.Sa as part of a sea-to-table circular project; offerings include a salmon sandwich, salt cod and octopus salads, and dishes with violet prawns and treccia sorrentina.
