Antica Osteria Il Monte Rosso, established in 1854 and reopened by Cinzia and Stefano in 2011, is a historic osteria on the shores of Lake Maggiore in Suna, selected by the MICHELIN Guide. The classic, territory-focused kitchen is led by chef Salvatore Tilotta since 2017; the seasonal menu features dishes such as cod, fish ravioli, risotto and veal piccata, and the restaurant holds AIC certification for dietary needs. The dining room shows vintage furnishings from 1900–1930 and a modern induction kitchen visible to guests; the wine list comprises about 800 labels with a strong Piedmontese presence.
