Kisté - Easy Gourmet, opened in 2017 by Pietro D'Agostino, is a restaurant in the centre of Taormina housed in Casa Cipolla, a late 15th-century building that still contains two large Roman cisterns. The kitchen features dishes such as sea raviolini with a crustacean ristretto and duck agnolotti with toasted hazelnuts and goat cheese; at the bar Kistology offers cocktail pairings inspired by island ingredients. The IO Pietro D'Agostino line includes olive oil, sweets and local wine available for purchase.
