Il Bavaglino opened in August 2008 in Terrasini between the small harbor and the beach and is led by chef Giuseppe Costa. The interior features an arched dining room with tufo stone and a fireplace, while the outdoor terrace by the sea has olive trees and large windows facing the Faraglioni della Praiola; the kitchen is visible, separated from the dining area by glass. Since 2014 the restaurant holds a MICHELIN star and serves creative dishes focused on local ingredients.
