Via Regina Margherita 37, 64010 · Torano Nuovo
Osteria dei Maltagliati in Torano Nuovo offers Abruzzese market cooking focused on local ingredients: handmade fresh pasta, slow-cooked sauces and a selection of regional wines. The approach is artisanal, with careful selection of raw materials and patient preparation. Above the osteria there is a small bed & breakfast with thoughtfully furnished rooms, quality bathrooms and breakfasts featuring fresh bread, homemade tarts and preserves.
