La Ciau del Tornavento in Treiso occupies a former 1931 Littorio‑style kindergarten, with a dining room featuring high ceilings, wooden floors and vineyard views reaching the Alps. The kitchen, led by Maurilio Garola and Nadia Benech, focuses on carefully selected local ingredients and changes daily according to availability. The cellar carved into the hill’s tufa holds over 65,000 bottles and about 1,800 labels.
