La Parolina, established in 2005 in the village of Trevinano, is led in the kitchen by Iside and Romano: Iside brings a pastry background combining sweet and savory skills, Romano trained at hotel school and worked at the school of Gualtiero Marchesi. The menu focuses on seasonal local ingredients in a modern territorial style; since 2012 the restaurant occupies a new site with valley views and includes the Bed & Breakfast Locanda La Letterina and the La Parolina per te banqueting service.
