Portanova, opened in 2021 in Urbino by Giuseppe and Silvia Portanova, occupies a compact space just steps from a historic city gate, with dining and kitchen sharing a single room beneath an ancient arch. The kitchen is led by Giuseppe with support from his brother Oris, a chef with twenty years’ experience in starred restaurants, and highlights Marchigian ingredients alongside a modern Italian approach.
