La Chioccia d'Oro is a trattoria in Vallo della Lucania, operating since 1979 at the foot of Monte Gelbison and awarded the Bib Gourmand MICHELIN. Chef Carmine Mainenti focuses on local Cilento dishes such as Nidi della Chioccia d'Oro, fusilli and cavatielli with ragù, the tegame with scamorza, porcini and potatoes, and mozzarella nella mortella, alongside a variety of seasonal vegetable plates. The venue features a renovated dining room, a summer terrace and a wine list of more than 100 labels.
