La Passion is a family-run restaurant in Vandoies led by Wolfgang and Helena Kerschbaumer, opened in 2003. The dining room occupies a 16th-century stube with just five tables and a small garden used in summer; Wolfgang prepares all dishes alone in a 5 m² kitchen. The menu focuses on classic Italian cooking with seasonal, often regional ingredients, while Helena oversees a wine cellar of over 250 labels.
