Located on the top floor of the Reggia di Venaria, Dolce Stil Novo alla Reggia is the only restaurant inside the palace, with views over the gardens, the Peschiera, the Corte d'Onore and the Fontana del Cervo. Chef Alfredo Russo, Cavaliere al Merito della Repubblica Italiana, leads a kitchen of Italian seasonal cooking with menu gourmet and grand gourmet; highlighted dishes include caramelized quail with honey and the raw beef tartare of Vicciola.
