L'Oste Scuro opened in 1998 in Verona and its kitchen is led by chef Simone Lugoboni, drawing on the tradition of Parisian seafood brasseries. It was among the city's first restaurants to focus exclusively on wild-caught seafood from local seas, featuring oysters, caviar, lobsters and blue lobsters. The wine list exceeds 700 labels.
