Osteria Vecchia Noce in Vicopisano is housed in an 18th-century olive mill in the village of Noce, retaining vaulted terracotta ceilings and historic character. Since 1987 it has offered classic Tuscan cooking with fresh homemade pasta, artisanal desserts, organic meats such as wild boar and hare, and seafood using fresh catch; the menu follows the seasons and highlights porcini mushrooms and white truffle when available. The cellar holds about 600 labels and the restaurant is selected by the MICHELIN Guide.
