Since 1983 chef Graziano Foresti has led La Corte del Noce in Villa d'Adda, housed in a 15th-century farmhouse. The menu follows the seasons, highlighting produce from the garden to the sea with inventive pairings. The rooms feature a sandstone loggia, exposed beams and a large fireplace; the cellar holds about 400 labels.
