Lanterna Verde in Villa di Chiavenna, active since 1982, holds one MICHELIN star and offers regional, modern cuisine. Chef Roberto Tonola leads the kitchen, working with local ingredients: locally farmed trout, chestnut flour from nearby groves, mountain herbs, milk, cheeses, eggs, meats and cured products from small producers. The venue features a spacious dining room, a covered veranda, a summer outdoor terrace and a well-kept cellar.
