Ansitz Steinbock is a hotel and restaurant in the centre of Villandro, housed in a historic, castle-like building offering 12 minimalist suites. The restaurant serves creative, modern cuisine led by chef René Tschager, who joined the kitchen in October 2024 and won WorldSkills Italy 2020; evenings include a five-course Alpine dinner for hotel guests.
