Le Macine is the restaurant of the eponymous hotel in Vittorio Veneto, housed in the rooms of an old mill on an islet of the Meschio river, notable for its stone millstones and a pink stone bridge. Chef Adriano and the Casagrande family lead the kitchen, offering regional, seasonal dishes including meat, fish, cheeses, cold cuts and a substantial vegetarian menu. The complex was restored in 2006 and a new veranda was added in 2019.
