AceroRosso is a mountain restaurant set in the greenery of Vodo di Cadore, 13 km from Cortina d’Ampezzo. In a warm, rustic dining room with a panoramic terrace it serves seasonal Dolomitic cuisine: homemade pasta and desserts, malga products, selected meats and local herbs. The wine list is curated by Aldo while Raffaella manages the dining room; the venue is open year-round and was selected by the MICHELIN Guide from 2024, confirmed in 2025 and 2026.
