Description

The 2024 Nautical Dawn from Alheit Vineyards is a single-vineyard Chenin Blanc from southern Stellenbosch, influenced by False Bay. Grapes come from bushvines on Sinai Hill (Rustenhof, Firgrove); the wine is made with wild fermentations and extended lees contact. It shows bright natural acidity, concentrated yellow fruit character and a saline edge reflecting its coastal origin.
