Description

The "Tor di Lupo" Alto Adige Lagrein Riserva 2023 from Cantina Andriano is a single-varietal Lagrein produced in the Alto Adige area. Fruit comes from vineyards around 250 m elevation on sandy-clay soils of porphyry origin; vinification follows traditional red-wine methods with malolactic fermentation and ageing in barriques. Aromas include bitter chocolate, forest fruits and cherry, while the palate is full-bodied, robust and persistent. It has an ageing potential of about 10–15 years.
