The Aubert Sonoma Coast Chardonnay “Lauren Vineyard” is a single-vineyard Chardonnay from the Lauren site in Forestville on the Sonoma Coast. The wine shows coastal influence with bright acidity and a concentrated structure supporting orchard fruit (apple, peach), citrus notes and a subtle mineral streak. Oak aging contributes complexity and a balanced textured mouthfeel while preserving freshness. Suitable for drinking now or over the short to medium term.
