Description

Ponce is a red wine from Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce produced in the Manchuela DO. It is a fieldblend of local varieties (85% Bobal, 15% Moravia agria) sourced from old vines in the 'La Ensancha' parcel. Minimal-intervention vinification with indigenous yeasts and roughly 12 months ageing in large French oak casks give the wine a fresh profile, refined tannins and a mineral texture.
