Description

Urban is Cantina Tramin’s interpretation of the native Lagrein grape, released as a Riserva under the Alto Adige DOC, vintage 2022. The grapes come from vineyards around 230–300 m elevation in Termeno; vinification includes oak fermentation and about 12 months of barrique ageing followed by further maturation in concrete. It is a structured red with balanced tannins and fruity character that reflects the grape and the ageing regime. Produced in limited quantities, it has a moderate ageing potential.
