The 2022 Les Champs-Gains from Caroline Morey is a Chassagne-Montrachet 1er Cru from the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy. It is made entirely from Chardonnay; fermentations take place in 350‑liter barrels (around 25% new oak) with 15–20 months of lees aging. Vinification follows a low‑intervention approach aimed at expressing the vineyard’s terroir.
