Description

Bollicina Gold is a Brut Rosé Sicilia DOC sparkling wine produced by Donnafugata in collaboration with Dolce&Gabbana. Made exclusively from Nerello Mascalese grapes grown on the slopes of Mount Etna, it undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and is aged on the lees for about 36 months, followed by at least 18 months in bottle. Pale pink with golden reflections, it displays aromas of bread crust, red berries and citrus, with notable freshness and mineral character.
