Les Vignes de Vrigny is the Blanc de Noirs through which Egly-Ouriet highlights Meunier from the Premier Cru village of Vrigny. The estate vines grow on chalky soils in the Montagne de Reims and are harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place in tank before maturation in bottle; the wine is neither fined nor filtered. The importer describes apricot, herbs and delicate creamy nuances.
