Description

Elena Walch’s Grande Cuvée “Beyond the Clouds” 2023 is an Alto Adige white made from a selection of the estate’s top white grapes, dominated by Chardonnay. The components are fermented and aged together in French barriques for about 10 months, followed by at least six months of bottle ageing. Aromas include white flowers, stone fruit and hints of pineapple with mineral accents, and a subtle oak influence on the palate.
