Description

The 2023 Chardonnay Riserva Vigna “Castel Ringberg” from Elena Walch is a single-vineyard Alto Adige white made entirely from Chardonnay. It ferments in French barriques with partial malolactic fermentation and spends about 10 months on the lees, giving a creamy texture and aromas of exotic fruit, toasted almond and floral hints. On the palate it is structured with vibrant minerality and a long, savory finish. Alcohol: 13.5% ABV.
