Description

Elena Walch’s Pinot Nero “Ludwig” 2023 is an Alto Adige DOC made entirely from Pinot Noir. The wine is produced from selected Alto Adige vineyards, undergoes traditional fermentation and is aged for about 12 months in French oak barrels. Aromas of cherry and redcurrant with spicy and subtle toasted notes lead to a palate of refined tannins, balanced structure and bright freshness, showing aging potential. Serve at 16–18 °C; pairs well with hearty first courses and lighter meat dishes.
