Description

Valle d'Aosta L'Emerico by Elio Ottin is a red wine from the Valle d'Aosta DOP made from 100% Pinot Noir. The grapes are grown in the communes of Quart and Saint-Christophe on morainic-sandy soils with a south‑east exposure at approximately 650–700 m above sea level. Fermentation is carried out with temperature control and the wine is matured in French oak barrels to help integrate its varietal structure.
