Description

Franz Haas’s Pinot Nero “Pònkler” is an Alto Adige (DOC) Pinot Noir from a single vineyard located at about 750 m elevation. The wine is fermented in stainless-steel tanks with gentle maceration and then aged in barrique for approximately 12–15 months before bottling. Limited production (around 2,500–3,500 bottles) and weathered porphyry soils contribute to its structure and concentrated aromatics.
