Franz Haas' "PN 1150" Metodo Classico (Alto Adige DOC, 2020) is a pas dosé traditional-method sparkling wine made from 100% Pinot Noir grown at high altitude, around 1,150 m. It shows a fine mousse and a tense, vertical profile with red-fruit aromas and yeasty notes. Extended lees ageing contributes complexity and a pronounced saline-freshness typical of mountain bubbles.
