Description

The Santorini Nychteri 2020 from Gaia Wines is a white wine from the PDO Santorini appellation produced by Gaia. It is based on the Assyrtiko grape and is matured in French oak and acacia barrels, combining body and volume with the island’s characteristic acidity. Aromas include acacia flower, vanilla and subtle spicy/toasted notes from the wood. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with a persistent finish.
