Description

The Renaissance Weissburgunder Riserva 2022 from Gumphof is a selected Pinot Bianco produced under the Alto Adige DOC designation. It comes from vineyards in the southern Isarco Valley at the foot of the Sciliar massif, planted at approximately 400–550 m above sea level. Vinification includes gentle pressing and fermentation in wood, with 12 months' maturation in tonneau followed by a further year on fine lees in stainless steel. This Riserva is crafted to show body and concentration, typical of wines made from older vineyards.
