Description
Haras de Pirque’s Galantas 2021 interprets Cabernet Franc from the Maipo Andes Valley through organic vineyards situated above seven hundred metres. Cool nights at the foot of the Andes accompany the variety’s ripening. Three parcels are vinified separately in stainless steel and French oak after a short cold maceration. The wine then matures for fourteen months in barriques. Its profile brings together dark berries, tobacco and roasted coffee with suggestions of graphite and spice. The structure is defined, supported by pleasant tannins and a fresh aromatic component.
