Description

Donà Noir 2017 from Hartmann Donà is a Pinot Noir labeled Alto Adige Pinot Nero DOC, grown on the Maso Ronco slopes near Cornaiano (about 500 m elevation). Fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts and the wine undergoes roughly two years of maturation in wooden barrels followed by additional bottle aging. On the palate it shows concentrated dark fruit and firm tannins, balancing power and finesse. It is a reserve-style Pinot Noir.
