Description

Hofstätter’s 2022 "BARTHENAU Vigna Herbsthöfl" Pinot Noir is produced on the Mazon plateau from vineyard parcels of the Barthenau estate at about 430–460 metres elevation. Vinified separately to emphasize varietal purity, it delivers fine aromatic precision, lively acidity and an elegant structure. On the palate it shows delicate red-fruit notes and a restrained, fresh profile that reflects the sandy-calcareous soils and the cool site.
