Description

Jade Gross Harrobia 2021 is a red wine from the Rioja DOC made from Tempranillo grapes grown in the 'La Cantera' parcel in Labastida, within Rioja Alavesa. Fermentation is carried out in open vats with a portion of whole clusters, followed by roughly 12 months of aging in French oak casks. Aromatically it shows ripe red fruit, subtle spice and earthy nuances; the palate is supported by fine tannins and lively acidity, reflecting the high-altitude clay-limestone soils. It is a limited-production bottling intended for medium-term drinking while retaining freshness and balance.
