Description

Klinec Ortodox is a white wine from Medana in Goriška Brda (Primorska, Slovenia), produced as an amber/orange wine through skin-contact maceration. The 2006 cuvée is a blend of Verduzzo, Ribolla Gialla (Rebula), Malvasia and Friulano, with Verduzzo as the dominant variety. The wine is typically structured, with fine tannic texture from extended maceration and ageing in both wood and stainless steel.
