Description

The Kühling-Gillot Rheinhessen Riesling GG “Hipping” is a white Riesling from the Niersteiner Hipping VDP.GROSSE LAGE on the Roter Hang in Nierstein. Aromas of white-fleshed fruit and floral notes lead to a taut, mineral-driven palate supported by bright acidity. The finish is long and clean, reflecting the dry, concentrated style typical of top Hipping sites.
