Made by Pierre Frick in Alsace, this Gewurztraminer Macération is produced with skin maceration prior to pressing. The cuvée, aligned with the producer's 'pur vin' approach, is often bottled without added sulfur and expresses floral aromas with spicy accents typical of the variety. On the palate it is dry, structured and shows a tannic texture from skin contact.
