Made by Pierre Frick, the Alsace Riesling Rot Murlé 2021 is an Alsace AOC Riesling sourced from the Rot Murlé site (near Rouffach) on brown, ferruginous calcareous soils. It is a dry white showing lively acidity and a distinct mineral character reflecting its calcareous terroir. It pairs well with fish, shellfish and similarly delicate dishes.
