Description

A single‑variety white produced by Racines from fruit sourced in the historic Sanford & Benedict Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills, a site first planted in 1971. Winemaking includes roughly 11 months in oak (about 25% new French oak) followed by additional ageing in stainless steel for around seven months. The wine is listed at approximately 13% alcohol and is bottled as a vineyard‑designate from the Sta. Rita Hills appellation.
