Monte Vacano is a dry Riesling from Weingut Robert Weil made from grapes grown on the small 'Lay' parcel within Kiedricher Gräfenberg. It is a very limited-production selection that was reintroduced commercially in 2018 after a long family tradition. The wine is fermented spontaneously and aged on fine lees in large traditional casks (about 1,200 L) for nearly two years.
