Produced by Domaine Rolly Gassmann in Rorschwihr, the Kappelweg de Rorschwihr Riesling 2019 is a Riesling from the Alsace AOC made from vines in the Kappelweg lieu-dit. The wine shows layers of stone fruit and citrus balanced by racy acidity and a touch of residual sweetness that helps its equilibrium. Long fermentations and lees ageing add texture and contribute to its ageing potential.
