Description

The 2023 Pinot Nero Riserva “Sanct Valentin” from Cantina San Michele Appiano is an Alto Adige DOC Riserva made from carefully selected Pinot Noir grapes sourced from the estate's historic vineyards and nearby sites. It is part of the Sanct Valentin flagship range and is produced from vineyards located roughly between 400 and 550 meters above sea level. Winemaking and maturation are aimed at highlighting the varietal elegance and the structural character typical of local Pinot Noir. The wine is suitable for medium-term cellaring.
