The Spier 21 Gables Pinotage 2020 is a red wine from Spier in Stellenbosch, Western Cape. Made from 100% Pinotage and aged in a mix of oak barrels for around 18 months, it shows deep ruby colour with aromas of violet, blackberries and cherries, alongside subtle graphite and spice notes. Full-bodied with velvety tannins, it offers concentration and good ageing potential.
