Description

Produced by Tasca d’Almerita at the Regaleali estate, the Sicilia Chardonnay 'Vigna San Francesco' comes from a south-east facing vineyard at about 530 m above sea level. It is fermented and aged in 350-litre French oak barrels, matured for roughly 8 months, and does not undergo malolactic fermentation. Medium-full in body, it shows aromas of white-fleshed fruit and citrus with subtle toasted and spice notes from oak ageing. Alcohol content is declared at 13% Vol.
