Description

Terroir al LĂ­mit’s Priorat Blanc “Pedra de Guix” 2022 is a white wine from the DOQ Priorat made from old-vine fruit. The blend is principally Pedro XimĂ©nez, Macabeo (Viura) and Garnacha Blanca; grapes are fermented separately and the Pedro XimĂ©nez undergoes controlled oxidation prior to blending. It matures in concrete and has a generally more oxidative, structured profile with mineral and saline notes.
