Description

The 2021 Les Manyes from Terroir al Límit is a single-varietal red from the Les Manyes vineyard near Scala Dei at 800 metres elevation. It is made from 100% Garnacha Peluda, hand-harvested, fermented whole-cluster and aged for 8 months in cement. The wine shows the region’s mineral character with an elegant structure and a moderate alcohol level (13.5%). Production is limited to a small number of bottles each vintage.
